Mindfulness sessions and courses
I run group sessions as well as 1-2-1 sessions.
I'm also available for corporate mindfulness sessions online and in person within the London area.
My standard programme consists of 8x1h weekly sessions. The content is drawn from the qualities that underpin the mindfulness practice, identified by Job Kabat-Zinn as the attitudes of mindfulness. I can also create customised programmes and workshops.
